Stepping into the Score
a one day workshop on learning to read music
For singers who learn music by ear, the idea of using sheet music can seem daunting – but it doesn’t have to be. This hands-on event will gently introduce you to score based choral singing, showing you how to follow your voice part line with a chorus of singers.
We are delighted that Joseph Judge, Director of the Halle Choral Academy and the Director of the Leeds Philharmonic Chorus will be running the day. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an expert in teaching sight reading to mixed singing ability choirs.
